2012 Spring Tours

This spring, the Pine Hill Preserve staff will offer four guided tours in different areas of the Preserve. The tours are free and open to the public; they will be limited to 25 participants per tour. Led by naturalists, each tour will focus primarily on the plants growing within the chaparral and oak woodland ecosystems of the Pine Hill Preserve but will also include information about wildlife and geology. A bird tour will also be scheduled during April, but the date for this tour is yet to be determined. All participants are encouraged to read information regarding Public Conduct on Preserve Land prior to visiting the Preserve.
